Salt Sista reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication. You accept the Terms by remaining on the site. You may also accept the Terms by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where this option is made available to you by Salt Sista in the user interface.

Salt Sista operates as an online retailer of swimwear and merchandise, shipping worldwide. The Site provides users with access to browse, purchase, and interact with Salt Sista products and services. The site is hosted by Shopify, this platform allows Salt Sista to operate and sell products/services to you. By agreeing to these terms you declare that you are of legal age for your state or province or that you are of legal age and hold the responsibility to allow any of your minor dependants to use this site. 

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

3. Payment Methods

All payments made in the course of your use of the site are AUD and tax inclusive, purchases are made using either Stripe, Paypal, Afterpay. In making any such payments from this site i.e purchasing a product, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Stripe, Paypal, Afterpay terms and conditions which are available on their website. You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your understanding of their terms and conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that where a request for the payment is returned or denied, for whatever reason, by your financial institution or is unpaid by you for any other reason, then you are liable for any costs, including banking fees and charges, associated with  this return or denial. Salt Sista holds no responsibility for these costs.  

4. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy outlines the process for returning products and seeking refunds. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase. Any benefits set out in these Terms and Conditions may apply in addition to consumer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
