Shipping Promotions 

Any promotions displayed that offer free shipping will not include express shipping. Free shipping promotions will be shipped out and delivered as per standard shipping timeframes. 

Shipping Pre-Orders

Shipping on pre-orders are stipulated on the product page when you purchase a pre-order item. Shipping timeframes will start based on the pre-order date advised. If we are able to ship pre-orders to you sooner we will do so, you will receive tracking details as soon as your item is shipped. 

If your order contains both pre-order and in stock items your order will ship once the pre-order items arrive. If you wish to receive your in stock items sooner please place a seperate order for both in stock and pre-order items. 

Domestic Shipping 

Within Australia shipping will be processed using Australia post in most cases. We may use other courier services in some cases. All shipping dates start within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. 

• Standard shipping for orders under $150 AUD is $9.99 AUD, estimated delivery times will be sent to you once your order is shipped

• Standard shipping for orders over $150 AUD is FREE, estimated delivery times will be sent to you once your order is shipped

• Express Shipping is charged flat rate of $14.99 AUD with an estimated delivery of 1-4 business days

• Once we start packing your order you will receive an email with your tracking number, delivery dates will update once to courier has your package, you will be able to actively track your package by coming back to the tracking link, the courier may also send you updates throughout the transit timeframe and after successful delivery. 

• GST is included in prices and is shown at checkout 

International Shipping (Excluding United States)

• Standard shipping outside Australia (excluding the US) is available at a flat rate of $24.99 AUD 

• Express shipping outside Australia (excluding the US) is available at a flat rate of $34.99 AUD

International Shipping (United States ONLY)

• Standard shipping United States ONLY is available at a flat rate of $37.99 AUD
• Express shipping United States ONLY is available at a flat rate of $54.99 AUD

International Shipping Terms

• We ship world wide using multiple couriers depending on location, please note that delivery times may vary due to your location.

• For US shipping we collect Duties and Import Taxes at checkout, these are shown in a seperate line at checkout. 

• All other international orders are subject to duties and tax import fees upon collection of your goods. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees or International fees that may incur from purchasing or shipping our products to you. 

• All shipping dates start within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. 

• Please note we do our best to get orders to you as quickly as possible, timeframes are based on the courier and location, some parts of the world can take up several weeks to reach however generally we see items reach international customers within 10-15 business days. 

• Once your items arrive in your selected shipping country they generally are handed over to local shipping courier services, these companies may have more detailed shipping time frames. You may use the same tracking number to track your shipment. Below are some of the most common courier services we see internationally.
