SALT SISTA RETURNS POLICY

​Salt Sista does its best to ensure your items are sent to you and ready to flaunt! 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

NOTE: We may ask for images of the item(s) or other proof of payment to help you though the return policy and gather feedback for future improvement. 

All Sale items are FINAL and not eligible for refunds, exchange or credits. 

Returns

  • All purchases are subject to a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after this date

  • Any items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Hygiene liners if applicable must still be attached for health and safety reasons  

  • All original tags must be intact for returns to be processed

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@saltsista.com with your order number or proof of purchase and reason for return

  • You will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s) within 3 business days  

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

  • We will not refund for change of mind however a store credit or exchange can be provided once the original product(s) have been shipped back to us. 

Exchanges

  • All exchanges will be subject to our 30 day return policy of the original goods 

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour or change of mind please contact us via email at admin@saltsista.com

  • Please indicate your preference when contacting us 

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue you with a store credit for your next shop or you can choose something else.

  • Store credits issued are valid for 3 months from the date of issue 

  • If the item you choose is of greater value you will need to pay the difference. If the item is of lesser value the remaining amount will be issued as a store credit. 

  • Please note the quickest way to receive you new item is to order it online rather than waiting for the original items to be returned however the original items are still subject to our returns policy. 

  • Once we receive the returned items, have inspected them and have deemed them authorised under our returns terms we will email you to let you know. We will then dispatch your exchanged items within 2 business days. 

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs of both the original item and the new item, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. 

Reimbursement of funds 

  • Any applicable funds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-10 business days of authorisation, and after any applicable products have been returned. 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@saltsista.com with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible once the images have been evaluated and products have been returned to us.
